ideas

1. Create the first bug restaurant in Toronto – contact: renowned bug chef David George Gordon
(its a staple around the world, low in fat, high in protein…) – but it needs to be raised sustainably close to the restaurant – as sustainable as possible

2. Similar idea as above except a local foods restaurant (mostly vegetarian), where we grow and preserve (for winter) all/most of the ingredients on a site behind or close to the store

3. Open a native plants store

3.5 Open a “pasta bar” – concept taken after the very successful Original Soupman, Lettuce Eatery etc. where they specialize in different types of healthy salads (for example) or soups (for example), this can specialize in different types of pasta salads (cold) – NOT HOT PASTA DISHES!

4. Create a non-profit that consists of a mixture of volunteer carpenters, professional cleaning staff (even gardeners?) that goes around to all the crumbling, falling apart, underfunded, bed-bugs, cockroach infested public housing, housing for the homeless etc. — create a sense of decency among low income communities who do not deserve this kind of disrespectful treatment, give them confidence and pride –> get donated supplies, must be enviro-friendly as possible

5. Create some kind of non-profit community child care centre…
